Happy Spring to all—green grass and spring flowers are popping. We are very pleased to report that the annual meeting of the HOA was a success. A draft copy of the annual meeting minutes is attached to the email, and a vote for approval will take place at the 2026 HOA Annual Meeting. We welcome Kathy Hatton as the new board secretary.
